Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team at James Demmer Insurance Agency Inc. As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals
  • People-oriented and bilingual (Spanish preferred)
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's degree or higher required
