Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled New Business Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a new business strategy that drives growth and revenue for the agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a new business strategy that aligns with the agency's goals and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors and industries
  • Represent the agency as the first point of contact for prospective clients and understand their needs and objectives
  • Manage and complete detailed prospective Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Procurement (RFPs)
  • Support the refinement and roll-out of the agency's new business development process
  • Track and analyze the agency's wins and losses, and review performance, conversion rate, and costs
  • Analyze and manage new business budgets and financial information to make informed commercial decisions
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of the advertising landscape and competitive activity
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in public relations/communications or related field, Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years' progressive public relations experience
  • Agency experience required
  • Superior presentation skills
  • Public relations and marketing experience with education, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and government sectors a plus
