Job Description:

At Northrop Realty, we are seeking a skilled Home Marketing Data Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Home Marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing data related to home marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with sellers and clients to ensure seamless experience.
  • Partner with agents and staff to ensure smooth workflow and positive client experience.
  • Manage staging and photography calendars.
  • Enter data in the MLS and Salesforce for Home Marketing Consultants.
  • Provide administrative support to Home Marketing Consultants.
  • Generate and send weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting.

Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of and ability to use Customer Relationship Management Systems and/or related tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Real estate experience a plus.
