We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service to our clients, deepening and broadening client relationships, and identifying opportunities to create efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
- Relationship Building: Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, utilizing current and new office technology efficiently.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate willingness to learn how financial services/markets work, recognizing individual efforts through a rewards program that promotes long-term career growth.
