We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Resident to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering world-class healthcare.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training, staying up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, driving positive change and advancing our mission.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Certification in area of specialty is preferred.
