Job Summary

The Acute Care RN will provide high-quality patient care in our Progressive Care Unit, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. The Acute Care Fellow RN will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire, unless otherwise indicated
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $38.37 to $76.71 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
