We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Resident to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Cardiac Acute Care RN Resident, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our medical center.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and report patient vital signs and medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Certification in area of specialty is preferred
