Job Summary

The Director of Strategic Accounts is a key role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within large enterprise organizations. This position requires a consultative sales approach, with a focus on understanding client needs and developing tailored solutions to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and build a robust book of business through strategic sales efforts
  • Reinitiate past client relationships and expand existing business
  • Conduct deep discovery conversations to understand client needs and goals
  • Apply SHRM's solution to client needs through a consultative sales process
  • Collect customer and market feedback to inform sales strategies
  • Drive individual and team sales results through a strong consultative sales process
  • Collaborate with consultants, fellow DSAs, and business leaders to formulate client solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent relevant work experience/training
  • 3+ years of successful consultative sales experience, with a preference for Challenger Sales experience
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience selling Leadership and/or facilitated learning experiences
Work Environment:

This role requires the ability to work in a combination of office and conference settings, with routine use of standard office equipment.
