Strategic Account Director

The Director of Strategic Accounts is a key role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within large enterprise organizations. This position requires a consultative sales approach, with a focus on understanding client needs and developing tailored solutions to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and build a robust book of business through strategic sales efforts
- Reinitiate past client relationships and expand existing business
- Conduct deep discovery conversations to understand client needs and goals
- Apply SHRM's solution to client needs through a consultative sales process
- Collect customer and market feedback to inform sales strategies
- Drive individual and team sales results through a strong consultative sales process
- Collaborate with consultants, fellow DSAs, and business leaders to formulate client solutions
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent relevant work experience/training
- 3+ years of successful consultative sales experience, with a preference for Challenger Sales experience
- Strong preference for candidates with experience selling Leadership and/or facilitated learning experiences
This role requires the ability to work in a combination of office and conference settings, with routine use of standard office equipment.
