Job Title: Strategic Account Director

SHRM is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
