Acts is currently looking for qualified candidates for the Client Engagement Specialist role.

We seek a goal-driven, empathetic, and inquisitive individual eager to gain experience in a rewarding and expanding sector where you will make a positive difference in the lives of seniors.

Recent graduates and those with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, or financial services are encouraged to apply.

Competitive Commission Structure:


Under the general guidance of the Sales Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring a fully occupied community and maintaining a robust waiting list to secure high occupancy levels for the future.

The sales team collaborates closely with our corporate Sales & Marketing Department to develop a community-specific strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and community needs.


Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)

Experience in sales, marketing, or a related area is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and presentation/public speaking abilities.
