The Client Engagement Specialist, Project Coordinator, or Home Improvement Advisor has flexible working hours from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
This role requires the Client Engagement Specialist, Project Coordinator, or Home Improvement Advisor to communicate their working schedule to the management on a weekly basis (every Monday by noon) while committing to at least 1 to 2 days of work each week.
Time off is granted for the months of January, July, and December; however, the Client Engagement Specialist or Home Improvement Advisor may opt to work during these months if they have clients interested in significant home improvement projects and have received necessary approvals.
The primary duty of the Client Engagement Specialist, Project Coordinator, or Home Improvement Advisor is to establish contracts with homeowners and conduct initial assessments. Attendance is mandatory during roofing projects managed by SAFE AND SECURE ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION LLC, except in cases of illness or recognized religious holidays.
During roofing installations or projects, the Client Engagement Specialist must dedicate a minimum of 4 hours on-site. Responsibilities include canvassing neighborhoods for new clients and performing inspections, with a strict limit of 15 minutes on-site per job. It is important to note that the Client Engagement Specialist does not oversee the roofing work; that responsibility lies with the roofing team.
Compensation for the Client Engagement Specialist can range from $50 to $500 per appointment set, with higher amounts awarded for contracts exceeding $25,000. The expectation is to set an average of 3 appointments weekly, with payment based on fully approved insurance claims.
Compensation for the Client Engagement Specialist or Home Improvement Advisor is structured at 6 to 10% of the total revenue collected for both residential and commercial projects. For example, if the total contract value is $20,000, the payment would include a base fee of $150 for the appointment plus 8% of the total, amounting to $1,600.
All Client Engagement Specialists, Project Coordinators, or Home Improvement Advisors are classified as independent contractors (1099) and are responsible for their own tax obligations. Payment options include check or direct deposit; cash payments are not accepted.
