Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Community Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Community Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, initiating and expediting the home buying process, and achieving sales goals. If you have a strong command of sales concepts and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work at sales offices and model homes to engage with prospects and promote Ashton Woods' products and services.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of our homes.
  • Communicate product offerings, building processes, financing plans, and mortgage processes to customers, ensuring a seamless home buying experience.
  • Manage sales agreements and addendums, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
  • Utilize the CRM/lead system to track homebuyers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve sales goals and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
  • Stay up-to-date with community information, including schools, shopping, and recreation areas, to provide valuable insights to customers.
  • Ensure that all selling materials are well-stocked and consistent with company specifications.
  • Place and maintain on-site signage to promote Ashton Woods' presence in the community.
  • Establish relationships with realtors to generate referral sales and drive business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare accurate reports on sales, traffic, and competition to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; college degree preferred in sales or marketing.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office systems, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for business travel.
  • New home sales experience is a plus.
