At Jefferies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President – Global Equities COO. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving our equities business forward.
About the Role:
- Identify and capitalize on client monetization opportunities, working closely with Equity Sales & Trading management and Account managers to drive strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business management and corporate functions to resolve Sales and Client issues, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality client service.
- Develop and manage technology priorities for the development of CRM solutions, enhancing our Equities business capabilities.
- Work closely with Global Head of Sales and Global COO functions to set priorities for the business and track progress, ensuring alignment with our overall strategy.
- Partner with Sales, SRM, Trading, Research, and Corporate functions to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Manage and support data-driven assignments, such as votes management, pitchbook preparations, contacts cleanup, and other analytics impacting client/business performance.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in Client strategy or Business Management at a bank within Equities Global Markets is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to optimize and standardize processes, allocate resources effectively, and segment clients for maximum value.
- Advanced proficiency in using PowerPoint and MS Excel, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage priorities effectively.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $150,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- An annual discretionary incentive and retention bonus.
