Key Responsibilities:
As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will encompass: 1. Delivering comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, which includes scheduling meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, and coordinating events.

  • Preparing, proofreading, and editing legal documents and correspondence to ensure precision and adherence to relevant legal standards and regulations.
  • Overseeing client files and maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Assisting with the preparation of court filings, legal transactions, and client meetings.
  • Managing confidential information with discretion and upholding high confidentiality standards.
  • Conducting research on pertinent laws, regulations, and legal articles to aid in the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice.
  • Interacting with clients, legal professionals, court personnel, and other staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assisting in the preparation of billing and financial reports.
  • Executing other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role within the legal field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
