Job Summary

Luster National, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Program Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining program schedules, reviewing and analyzing contractor schedules, and overseeing third-party consulting firms' schedule management efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, including identifying and documenting associated schedule risks.
  • Review and analyze contractor schedules, providing recommendations for increased schedule reliability.
  • Oversee third-party consulting firms' schedule management efforts, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
  • Provide schedule development, maintenance, and reporting, including identifying key items that may not be included in structure schedules.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years' experience on large, complex construction projects, with a focus on program scheduling and management.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of construction scheduling and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6).
  • Experience developing detailed construction schedules from preliminary and/or conceptual plans.
  • Proficiency with TILOS and P6 software.
