Under the administrative direction of the Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD), the Adult and Senior Care Program Administrator has statewide responsibility for the Adult and Senior Care Program regulated by Community Care Licensing Division.
The CCLD is a regulatory Division responsible for monitoring compliance of health and safety requirements at licensed sites. There are approximately 70,000 sites statewide, and this position is responsible for the statewide administration, oversight, and licensing enforcement functions associated with caring for seniors and adults residing in or receiving services in community care settings throughout the State of California.
This position may be eligible for hybrid telework under California Government Code Section 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California. All telework schedules are subject to change and may be reevaluated at any time. Specific telework arrangements may be discussed in more detail with the respective hiring manager. Telework does not change the terms and conditions of employment, the essential functions of job duties, or required compliance with CDSS policies.
Headquarter location will be designated based on the selected candidate's primary residence location, and/or the closest CDSS location.
