Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Health Program Coordinator to join our team at Sacramento County CA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and coordination of health programs and services, including staff supervision, program development, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate health services, including staff supervision and program development
  • Develop and implement program plans, goals, and objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to ensure effective program delivery
  • Manage budgets, grants, and contracts related to health programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community leaders, and government agencies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
  • Two years of experience in supervising and coordinating health services, equivalent to the duties of a Health Program Coordinator
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and policies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology and data analysis
  • Certification in a relevant field, such as public health or healthcare administration
