Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

We are seeking a Senior Program Auditor to develop and deliver training curricula and oversee the audit operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and delivering training to audit staff at all levels, coaching and mentoring new audit staff and audit supervisors, representing the Office of Audit Services at recruitment events, and overseeing the administrative operations for OFAS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training curricula and programs for audit staff
  • Coach and mentor new audit staff and audit supervisors
  • Represent the Office of Audit Services at recruitment events
  • Oversee the administrative operations for OFAS

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in building and managing audit teams
  • Ability to collaborate and establish professional relationships across organizational groups and functions
  • Knowledge of principles and standards of internal auditing
  • Experience in overseeing administrative support functions, such as budgeting, contracting, and recruiting

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification
