Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with potential customers and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Perform high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase features and benefits.
  • Present sales quotes and trade evaluations to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Overcome objections and find solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Inform customers about and endorse optional protection packages to enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
  • Ensure timely and professional vehicle delivery process, including vehicle tutorial and customer enrollment in connected car services.
  • Participate in professional networking events to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate referrals and online reviews to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Energetic and self-motivated individual with a strong passion for sales and customer service.
  • College degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Availability to work two evenings per week and Saturdays, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Professional and well-groomed personal appearance to represent Luther Burnsville Volkswagen.
  • Willingness to submit to pre-employment background and driving record check.
