Overview:
A community-focused health organization is in search of a Family Medicine Residency Program Director to manage their collaboration with a local Family Medicine Residency program.

Position Details:
This is an employed role offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and disability insurance, a retirement plan, coverage for licensing fees, continuing medical education (CME) expenses, and a generous paid time off (PTO) policy. Additionally, medical malpractice insurance is provided, including tail coverage.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide Family Medicine residents in clinical settings, serving as a mentor and advisor to the program participants.
  • Provide prenatal care and demonstrate a strong interest in women's health procedures.
  • Maintain a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with an expected distribution of 80% clinical duties and 20% administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate monthly 'grand rounds' for case discussions and peer education.
  • Oversee a center that offers extensive behavioral health and women's health services, alongside pediatrics and primary care.

Qualifications:
  • Active NY State medical license.
  • DEA registration.
  • CSR (active or applied preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Completion of residency and board certification in Family Medicine.
