Residential Program Coordinator

Job Summary
QSAC is seeking a highly skilled Residential Program Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our OPWDD-funded Residential Program. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure overall compliance with regulatory requirements and program standards
- Supervise and coordinate the work of residence staff, including residence managers and shift supervisors
- Oversee the administration of medical appointments and ensure accurate maintenance of medical records
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Communicate effectively with clients' families and ensure their concerns are addressed
- Coordinate recreational activities and ensure individuals receive nutritious meals
- Report maintenance issues to the Director of Administration
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree and substantial related experience required
- 1-2 years' experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities required
- 1 year of OPWDD experience highly preferred
- Minimum 1 year supervisory work experience required
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required for site visits
- Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights and 20 lb items
- Ability to run, if needed
