Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Medical Director, the Physician will provide compassionate and high-quality primary care to underserved populations, including those with chronic illnesses such as HIV, Hepatitis C, Substance Use Disorders, Diabetes, and Heart Disease.
  • Must be a Family Medicine Trained MD/DO
  • Capable of providing full-lifespan primary care; experience in Women's Health is a plus
  • A strong commitment to serving underserved communities is essential
