POSITION SUMMARY:

The Community Residence Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the residence, ensuring a supportive environment for all tenants. This role includes managing a dedicated team of support staff, handling tenant rent collections, processing lease agreements, and coordinating necessary legal actions for evictions. The supervisor will also prepare and submit reports to funding sources and assist the director with various administrative tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and supervise support staff on a 24/7 basis.
  • Collect rents and process lease agreements.
  • Coordinate legal eviction processes as needed.
  • Generate and submit required narrative and statistical reports.
  • Assist in the administration of programs and related functions.
  • Support the Superintendent in monitoring building systems, including boiler, elevator, and HVAC operations.
  • Provide emergency first aid/CPR and/or NARCAN assistance when necessary.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

WORK SCHEDULE:

This position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, typically from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, although a high school diploma combined with two years of administrative experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges and those at risk is highly valued. Familiarity with tenant Pro software is a plus. CPR certification or a willingness to obtain certification is required.

*Vaccination is preferred but not mandatory.
