POSITION SUMMARY:

The Community Residence Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential facility, ensuring that all residents receive the necessary support and services. This role involves managing a dedicated team of support staff, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and supervise a team of support staff providing 24/7 assistance to residents.
  • Manage tenant rent collection, lease processing, and coordinate legal eviction procedures.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to funding agencies and assist the director with administrative tasks.
  • Support the Superintendent in monitoring building systems, including heating, elevators, and HVAC.
  • Provide emergency first aid/CPR and/or NARCAN assistance as necessary.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

WORK SCHEDULE:

This position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, typically from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. A high school diploma along with two years of administrative experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges and at-risk populations is beneficial. Certification in CPR or a willingness to complete CPR training is required.

*Vaccination is preferred but not mandatory.
