Empowering Caregivers for Enhanced Resident Care

BRIA seeks a dedicated Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee resident care, prioritize their well-being, and foster a collaborative environment among team members.

Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

  1. Direct and supervise nursing assistants and other nurses to ensure timely updates and records are maintained.
  2. Promote a positive working relationship with all team members to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
  3. Maintain accurate documentation of residents' progress, ensuring timely updates and records.
  4. Prepare and administer medications safely and efficiently, adhering to established protocols.

Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

  • A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Illinois is mandatory.
  • CPR certification is required for this role.
  • At least one year of experience in a nurse supervisor position is necessary.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in long-term care is preferred.

Compensation Package:

This position offers a competitive salary of $82,500 per year, reflecting your expertise and dedication to providing exceptional resident care.
