Compensation Details

The Nurse Supervisor (RN) position comes with an annual salary of $80,000-$85,000, offering a competitive compensation package.

Job Responsibilities

As a Nurse Supervisor (RN), you will oversee the resident care on your unit, supervising activities performed by nursing assistants and other nurses. You will also be responsible for charting and maintaining documentation, preparing and administering medications, and developing positive working relationships with team members.

Nurse Supervisor (RN) Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • a Registered Nurse license in the State of Illinois
  • Current CPR certification
  • at least one year of experience in a nurse supervisor role
  • at least three years of experience in long-term care
