Resident Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Care Manager to join our team at BRIA. As a key member of our nursing home community, you will be responsible for the overall well-being of our residents and ensuring they receive high-quality care.
About the Role:
- You will supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants and other nurses on your unit.
- You will develop and implement effective care plans that meet individual resident needs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress.
- Prepare and administer medications as needed.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- A minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- At least three years experience in long-term care.
