Nurse Supervisor (RN) Salary: $0 Yearly Salary
Job Responsibilities:
- As a nurse supervisor (RN), you will oversee the resident care of your unit and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- You will supervise activities performed by nursing assistants and other nurses in your unit.
- You will maintain accurate documentation for residents, including charts and records.
- You will administer medications as prescribed and develop effective treatment plans.
- You will foster a positive working relationship with all team members and promote a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A registered nurse license in the State of Illinois is required.
- Current CPR certification is necessary for this role.
- You must have at least one year of experience in a nurse supervisor position.
- Prior experience in long-term care, specifically with at least three years of experience, is highly valued.
