In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct care to residents with empathy and compassion
- Supervising activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure quality care
- Promptly charting and maintaining accurate documentation for residents
- Preparing and administering medications safely and efficiently
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with all team members
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- A valid, current nursing license in Illinois
- Current CPR certification to ensure resident safety
- At least one year of experience in long-term care to understand resident needs
