Nurse Leadership Role in Long-Term Care

At BRIA, we are committed to providing a compassionate care environment that empowers our nurses to deliver exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead our team and provide top-notch resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing assistants and other nurses on your unit to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Chart and maintain accurate documentation for residents.
- Prepare and administer medications as needed.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Registered Nurse license in the State of Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience in a nurse supervisor role.
- At least three years of experience in long-term care.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, paid holidays, employee rewards program, growth opportunities, next-day pay, tuition reimbursement, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
