Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team at BRIA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a compassionate care environment that values work-life balance.

About the Position:

  • This role involves supervising nursing activities on your unit, ensuring high-quality resident care.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and administering medications as needed.
  • Fostering positive working relationships with colleagues is essential for success in this position.

Requirements:

  • A registered nurse license in Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience as a nurse supervisor.
  • Three years or more of experience in long term care.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 per year.
