Job Title: Head of Customer Success

As a key member of our Nationstaff team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer relationships through trust, transparency, and partnership. Your expertise will drive exceptional client experiences, fostering long-term growth and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing proactive support and strategic guidance to power users, champions, and influencers within the account.
  • Collaborate with the Client Implementation team to analyze and improve onboarding processes, ensuring seamless customer onboarding and high-level forecasting for go-live dates.
  • Become an expert in our value proposition, educating customers on our platform and upselling products and functionalities where appropriate.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Act as a client advocate, gathering 360-degree feedback and sharing insights with Product and other key departments.
  • Develop and implement success plans in partnership with clients, incorporating onboarding, training, platform utilization, routine business reviews, and resource mobilization to drive customer value.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • 6+ years in a client-facing, post-sales role (preferably in a SaaS environment).
  • Experience in FinTech, Capital Markets, or startups.
  • Ability to gather client feedback and research, sharing insights with the team.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Proven ability to engage with end-users, evangelize a product, and drive adoption across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Capacity to demonstrate business value of a product.
