About the Role:
CERAWeek by Hire Talent is the premier global energy conference in Houston, Texas, bringing together industry leaders to advance new ideas, insight, and solutions to the biggest challenges facing the future of energy, the environment, and climate.

Objective:
The Data Management and Reporting Specialist will support effective information dissemination across teams, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data management, and provide insightful reports and analysis using Airtable, Excel, and Power BI. This role will contribute to the efficient operation of Hire Talent by facilitating data-driven decision-making and playing a crucial role in the creation of an impactful Executive Conference program by providing timely and relevant data and insights to enhance the conference experience for attendees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and disseminate information effectively.
• Manage and update data repositories, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Create and maintain tables, reports, and dashboards using Airtable, Excel, and Power BI.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and implement data management strategies and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide timely and accurate reports.
• Conduct regular quality checks on data to ensure data integrity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management and reporting tools.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, International Relations, Information Management, Business Analytics)
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools, including Airtable, Excel, and Power BI
• Complete fluency in English required (written and verbal communication)
• Knowledge and understanding of key concepts and terminology in the energy sector
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles
