Role Impact:
The Recovery Specialist III plays a crucial role in executing daily operations and fostering connections with program participants at the Sobering Center. This position is essential for ensuring organization, structure, and safety for all staff, clients, and community members present at the Sobering Center.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Monitoring: Observe and assess client behavior and activities to ensure safety and stability.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cohesively within a multi-disciplinary team at the Sobering Center.
  • Environment Maintenance: Create and uphold a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
  • Facility Upkeep: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility on a daily basis.
  • Emergency Assistance: Provide support with transportation and respond to emergencies as needed.

  • Effective Problem Solving: Utilize logical methods to address complex issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client monitoring with SUD populations.
  • Basic understanding of Substance Use disorders.
  • Proficiency in technology use.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time and part-time employees working over 20 hours per week, including:

  • 100% coverage of medical, dental, life, and LTD for employees, with 50% coverage for dependents.
  • Paid time off and holiday pay.
  • Retirement benefits after six months of service.

Salary: $24.00-$26.00/hr., commensurate with experience and qualifications.
