As a vital member of the Client Services team, you will play a key role in our mission to deliver compassionate care and enhance the quality of life for our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments for new clients and perform ongoing evaluations.
  • Create initial care plans utilizing the Life Profile system, ensuring accurate data entry into the Clear Care system, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Maintain regular communication with new clients, including caregiver introductions and follow-up visits within the first month of service.
  • Compile care binders for each client, reviewing care plans with new caregivers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client and family satisfaction while addressing any concerns collaboratively.
  • Conduct bi-monthly visits to all clients to evaluate service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with client teams to minimize hospitalization risks in accordance with the Life Profile system.
  • Coordinate with the scheduling team to address caregiver changes and ensure client needs are met.
  • Document all activities transparently in the office calendar within Clear Care.
  • Assist in recruiting efforts to fill staffing gaps and promote service inquiries to achieve revenue targets.
  • Represent Senior Helpers professionally at networking events and contribute positively to the company's marketing efforts.
  • Participate in occasional after-hours responsibilities, including on-call duties.
  • Strive for financial growth each month and explore opportunities for upselling services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree and relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, case management, or sales is essential; a background in healthcare, nursing, or social work is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary, along with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and follow-up abilities with clients and their families are required.
  • Ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds is essential.
  • Creative problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required; ability to learn new software quickly is necessary.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
