About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Specialist to join our team in the Hospitality sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and recommending technology solutions to hotels and other hospitality organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hospitality organizations to understand their business needs and recommend cost-effective solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to set up appointments and facilitate presentations
  • Sell and transfer our products, providing information and assistance to clients
  • Navigate hospitality procurement processes to set up successful sales
  • Deliver product proposals and presentations to decision-makers and conduct negotiations to close deals
  • Self-generate leads using strategic prospecting techniques
  • Maintain accounts in Salesforce to report sales activities and client data
Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience selling data, voice cloud or video solutions
  • Three or more years of sales experience as a proven sales performer and outside telecommunications-related sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Network building, negotiation, closing and English communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to multitask
  • Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities
