Job Title: Program Director - Strategic Initiatives

Are you a seasoned program manager looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our strategic initiatives in North America.

As a Program Director, you will be responsible for directing the program team, managing cross-functional and external stakeholders, and delivering key strategic programs for top-tier customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program initiatives that align with organizational objectives and promote the core values of VusionGroup.
  • Manage program scope, deliverables, required resources, program plan, risk management, budgeting, and program performance reporting.
  • Lead and collaborate with SMEs in Engineering, Quality, IoT, Supply Chain, and Legal to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and business objectives achieved.
  • Accountable for Risk Management, undertaking the lead role in initial risk assessment, mitigation planning, and constant monitoring of risks throughout the program.
  • Develop a comprehensive program plan, task assignment, and activation of escalation protocol when required.
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a Senior Program Manager position or higher, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs.
  • Exceptional team leadership and communications skills, with the ability to lead large teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly autonomous individual, comfortable leading large teams and making strategic decisions.
  • Experience leading a team in a customer-facing business, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Exceptional process management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective program management processes.
  • Expert at reporting and capturing data for executive review, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
  • PPM software experience required, with a strong understanding of program management tools and technologies.
