Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of menu planning, inventory control, and labor management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on exceptional service and quality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
