The Server Role

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Grand Living. As a Server, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall dining experience for our residents and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the delivery of culinary activities for all dining venues, including the Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations memory care, and Club Room. You will also be responsible for supporting special events and private functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of culinary activities for all dining venues
  • Support special events and private functions
  • Provide exceptional service to residents and guests
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of serving experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
  • Sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds
