We are currently in search of a seasoned professional to take on the role of Client Success Manager. In this position, your primary focus will be to deliver outstanding service and strategic insights to our growing portfolio of clients.

Your Objectives:
  • Elevate Safety Standards: Leverage your knowledge to guide clients on safety protocols that will enhance their operations, transforming them into passionate supporters of Highwire.
  • Facilitate Product Education: Skillfully set up accounts and provide continuous product education to guarantee a smooth experience for our clients.
  • Streamline Operations: Create innovative workflows to assist clients in effectively incorporating Highwire into their business practices.
  • Develop Strategic Initiatives: Partner with Account Executives to bolster client growth strategies.

Compensation Range: $120,000—$140,000 USD
