Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Care Specialist to join our team at LIVE WELL HOME CARE LLC. As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of in-home care by providing qualified staffing for all authorized or requested hours, monitoring service delivery on a daily basis, and recruiting, hiring, and training Personal Care Attendants (PCA) to meet their client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Staffing: Responsible for scheduling qualified PCA's to work all authorized hours according to each client's Service Plan.
  • Attendant Orientation and Training: Provide verbal and/or face-to-face attendant orientations.
  • Monitoring and Tracking: Complete daily monitoring of all attendant timekeeping through EVV, including monitoring for missed or late shifts, ensuring all hours are worked, and tracking for mileage, overtime, and travel time.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and attendants to ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
  • Incident Reporting and Compliance: Coordinate with Branch Manager to provide documentation for client and employee incidents and complaints.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist with recruiting, hiring, and orienting new attendants.
  • Training and Coaching: Provide ongoing training and coaching to attendants when needed.
  • Performance Evaluations: Complete timely annual performance evaluations for all attendants.

Requirements:

  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Travel required.
