The Hospital Services Program is tailored to offer our clients a single point of contact for all their requirements. Central to this initiative are patient care, prompt issue investigation, and effective communication with our hospital partners. A member in this role will be responsible for examining and resolving all client concerns in a timely manner while ensuring proper documentation to uphold patient care standards.

Work Schedule: 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the Complaint Management System.
  • Provide guidance to clients conducting validation studies.
  • Offer technical assistance to the Sales Department and their clients; deliver technical training as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve device performance challenges.
  • Manage telephone inquiries, maintain logs and records, demonstrate organizational skills, and exhibit proficiency with numerical data.
  • Possess basic knowledge of Windows, MS Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Exhibit strong technical aptitude.
  • Simplify complex concepts into understandable terms for end users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related scientific field.
  • At least 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience is necessary for the Technologist level.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in computer usage; familiarity with laboratory information systems is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail coupled with strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Must successfully pass a standardized color vision screening.
  • Willingness to work overtime or alternative shifts based on business needs.
