Customer Success Strategist

Position Overview
In the role of Client Success Manager, you will be instrumental in cultivating strategic partnerships with clients to enhance retention and drive sales growth. Acting as a trusted consultant, you will assist clients in aligning our offerings with their objectives while advocating for company goals and revenue enhancement.
- Formulate and execute retention initiatives utilizing goal-oriented methodologies
- Collaborate with clients to navigate challenges and secure positive returns on investment
- Oversee a portfolio of around 75 client accounts to facilitate renewals and upselling opportunities
- Evaluate performance metrics to assess client success and articulate ROI
- Identify and address at-risk accounts, ensuring satisfaction across all client levels
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity within Higher Education or Ed-Tech sectors
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated success in enhancing client satisfaction and retention
- Capability to devise and refine strategies and solutions
- Experience in B2B and B2B2C software as a service (SaaS)
- Adept at thriving in a dynamic, remote work environment with occasional travel
