Risk Governance and Compliance Project Specialist

Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management and/or compliance. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership. Proven experience in generating and presenting risk reports or other critical management information. Exceptional attention to detail and precision. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Highly organized with the capability to provide comprehensive support across Risk and Compliance functions. Excellent written communication abilities.Responsibilities:
Coordinate the administration and functioning of senior risk governance committees, including scheduling meetings, ensuring smooth operations, tracking action items, and preparing minutes. Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for senior committees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to obtain timely risk-based reporting. Consolidate, review, and integrate reports to guarantee accuracy and consistency, while challenging contributors on the quality of their submissions. Analyze all risk and governance reporting to identify areas for improvement and ensure uniformity. Draft and manage risk and compliance communications within the organization, partnering with the communications team to enhance our communications strategy. Oversee project coordination for the Risk and Compliance teams in areas such as Corporate Investigations, Risk Management, Compliance, and Compliance Program management, ensuring plans are executed and actions are tracked to completion. Support the corporate governance framework across the Risk and Compliance function. Assist the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer with coordination of town hall meetings. Manage activities related to consent orders under the guidance of the Senior Program Manager. This position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring regular performance of job responsibilities both virtually and in-person at designated office locations for a minimum of two days per week.Employee Benefits:
