About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Client Success Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and system feedback
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues, maintaining a positive attitude and high level of professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal resources to ensure timely resolution of client concerns
  • Document all client interactions, maintaining accurate and detailed records
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve client support

Requirements

  • Experience working in medical billing and/or with HCFA 1500/CMS 1500 and/or with UB-92/UB-04
  • Exceptional client service skills, with ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Technical savvy, with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of EDI files (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, with ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team
