Job Summary:
Crescens is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to end-users in a Tier-II support role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, privacy, system/network administration, and support, or application development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users in a Tier-II support role.
- Collaborate with the Tier-I support team to resolve complex issues.
- Document and communicate unresolved issues to OCI IT staff.
- Maintain a log of all support issues presented with corresponding status.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years similar working experience in information security, privacy, system/network administration and support, or application development.
- Training and experience necessary to independently provide technical support to computer users in an assigned office/geographic area.
