About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Western US Sales Manager to join our team at Asure Software. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the Western US region and identifying opportunities for growth.

With a strong focus on sales and client management, you will work closely with internal Subject Matter Experts and other sales resources to close new business and deliver high-impact presentations to clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the HCM/HR software space, and a proven track record of consistently over-achieving towards assigned goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our sales efforts in the Western US region.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
  • Work closely with internal Subject Matter Experts and other sales resources to close new business.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations to clients.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the HCM/HR software space.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills.
