Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service.
- Address inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
- Gain familiarity with our products, services, and operational systems.
- Contribute to the agency's success by promoting new business opportunities and engaging in cross-selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in operational computing, including Microsoft Office and Internet Browsers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
