Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships while ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • Address inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
  • Gain familiarity with our products, services, and operational systems.
  • Contribute to the agency's success by promoting new business opportunities and engaging in cross-selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in operational computing, including Microsoft Office and Internet Browsers.
