  • Establish and develop strong customer relationships and follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing verification.
  • Become familiar with State Farm products, services, and systems to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to agency success by promoting new business, cross-selling, and new initiatives.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses (must be able to obtain).
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good operational computing skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Internet Browsers).
  • Ability to work well with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Client-focused.
  • Clean background.
