Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver precise information regarding the Owner Operator program to prospective O/Os while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain supportive communication with existing O/Os by providing proactive solutions to enhance driver retention.
• Offer a clear overview of potential cash flow and associated expenses, including routine maintenance, insurance, and other costs related to launching a small trucking enterprise.
• Cultivate a high level of professional customer engagement and exceptional service by effectively utilizing available tools and programs.
• Proactively identify and engage potential customers by tracking and informing drivers of approvals, available trucks, and other pertinent information.
• Skillfully identify and resolve issues that may hinder exceeding customer and company expectations during the contract process while ensuring error-free execution of all necessary documentation.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of all service offerings to assist in identifying optimal solutions for owners.
• Conduct professional conversations to build strong, trust-based relationships with owners, potential owners, and colleagues.
• Continuously enhance your skills and performance.
• Prioritize tasks effectively while demonstrating a commitment to business acumen and excellence.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer relations or as a business advisor within the trucking industry.
• Fundamental understanding of marketing and small business management.
• Associate's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
